It is a symbol of the feudal history of the city, built in the 15th century on 13th-century walls, and consists of three towers. The temple, dedicated to Albaida's patroness, the Mare de D\u00e9u del Remei, stands majestically in the Clos de la Vila. Of eclectic and sober style, it was built on the foundations of an ancient Romanesque church from the 13th century. The bell tower of the church, an unmistakable symbol of Albaida, began construction in 1615 and was completed five years later. Standing at a height of 40 meters, made of rough stone and with a robust appearance, it resembles a fortified watchtower. This bell tower is the site of the only Manual Bell Ringing that has been preserved uninterruptedly since the 13th century in the Valencian Community. Declared a Cultural Heritage of Intangible Interest (BIC) in 2013, more than 3,200 bell tolls, swings, and peals are made each year from this iconic location.<\/p>\n

The bell tower houses 10 bells, with the largest being \"Remediet,\" also known as \"La Grossa,\" weighing 1,375 kilograms. Albaida El palacio de Albaida Es un emblema de la historia feudal de la ciudad, construido en el siglo XV sobre murallas del XIII, est\u00e1 compuesto por tres torres. Este edificio p\u00fablico alberga una sala g\u00f3tica destacable y pinturas murales de tem\u00e1tica pagana de los siglos XVII y XIX. Su evoluci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica refleja el paso de diversas familias nobles, incluyendo los Mil\u00e0 i Arag\u00f3, quienes lo embellecieron notablemente. Iglesia Arciprestal de la Asunci\u00f3n de la Mare de D\u00e9u El templo, dedicado a la patrona de Albaida, la Mare de D\u00e9u del Remei, se erige majestuoso en el Clos de la Vila. De estilo ecl\u00e9ctico y sobrio, se levanta sobre los cimientos de una antigua iglesia rom\u00e1nica del siglo XIII. La iglesia de la Asunci\u00f3n, construida entre 1592 y 1621 alberga en su interior obras del escultor neorrealista Galarza, de Pere Foix del siglo XVII, y pinturas al \u00f3leo del maestro Segrelles. Declarado Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural Inmaterial (BIC) en 2013, cada a\u00f1o se realizan m\u00e1s de 3200 toques, revolteos y repiques desde este emblem\u00e1tico lugar. Motoclub Ciutat d\u2019Albaida Es una instalaci\u00f3n deportiva de referencia en la Comunidad Valenciana para la pr\u00e1ctica de motocross, supermotard y otras modalidades de motociclismo. Con trazados adaptados para diferentes tipos de competiciones, este circuito destaca por su dise\u00f1o t\u00e9cnico y desafiante, lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal tanto para entrenamientos como para eventos de alto nivel. Pintor, ilustrador y cartelista nacido en Albaida en 1885 y reconocido internacionalmente. Este espacio ha sido cuidadosamente conservado para preservar la misma atm\u00f3sfera que envolv\u00eda al artista cuando habit\u00f3 la casa. En su interior, se expone una retrospectiva de su obra que nos invita a adentrarnos en la creatividad de un genio adelantado a su tiempo. Museo Internacional de T\u00edteres de Albaida MITA Ubicado en el interior del Palacio de los Mil\u00e0 i Arag\u00f3, es un destacado museo que se dedica a la preservaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n, estudio, investigaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n del arte del t\u00edtere. Abri\u00f3 sus puertas en diciembre de 1997, siendo el \u00fanico museo internacional de t\u00edteres en Espa\u00f1a y un centro pionero dedicado al arte de la marioneta.
